Contact form: when you send a message through the contact page, the information you enter (first name, last name, email address, subject and message content) is transmitted and stored for the sole purpose of replying to you. It is never resold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

hCaptcha verification: the contact form is protected by hCaptcha, which verifies that a submission genuinely comes from a person rather than a bot. This service may process certain technical data (browsing behaviour, device characteristics) solely for this anti-spam verification; no data is transmitted for advertising purposes.

Newsletter: if you choose to subscribe to the newsletter, only your email address is stored, along with its confirmation status (double opt-in). No other information is collected on this occasion, and you may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email.

Retention period

Messages sent through the contact form are kept for as long as necessary to process your request and the exchange that follows, then archived or deleted. Email addresses registered for the newsletter are kept for as long as the subscription remains active and are deleted as soon as you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, use the site's contact form — the same channel referenced in the legal notice — and specify the purpose of your request.

Images, videos and other media files are stored and served through Cloudflare R2, a service operated by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States — cloudflare.com. These providers only ensure the technical availability of the site and have no control over the personal data collected.
